The contracts for highway construction projects require certain information to be conspicuously displayed on the project where employees regularly congregate in preparation for the day's work. The number of locations will depend on the contractor's operations. The resident engineer, or a delegated representative, is to conduct inspections of the bulletin boards. The first inspection should occur when employees begin work on the project. After the initial review, inspections should be conducted every other month until the project is completed to ensure the bulletin board is in good condition and still displays the required posters.
