This article brings together the different traffic studies typically performed by MoDOT engineers.  Since Traffic Engineering concepts include roadway conditions, roadway designs, signing, striping, traffic control, and so on, this article provides a single source on how to gather data for a traffic study and EPG links to implement resulting countermeasures.
