To obtain a MoDOT [http://www.modot.org/mcs/techdif.htm Overdimension/Overweight Permit], MoDOT offices do not need to be open.  Requests may be submitted now.  All applications received by 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are processed for issue the same business day. Permits submitted after 5 PM are processed by noon the following business day.
